We request permission to keep a pet/s as detailed below on the premises:

I/We agree to comply with the following strict conditions:

• To keep the yard clean and free from animal droppings.
• I/We will repair any damage to the premises caused by pet/s.
• Other than any pet/s listed above and approved by the owner, we will not keep any other animals of any kind on the rental premises (even on a short term or temporary basis) including dogs, cats, bird, fish reptiles.
• I/We agree that this agreement is only for the specific pet/s and we will remove any of the pets offspring within 30 days of birth should this occur.
• I/We agree not to leave food or water for the pet outside the premises where it may attract other animals and or insects.
• I/We agree to abide by all local, city and state laws licensing and health requirements regarding pets including vaccinations.
• The pet shall not cause any sort of nuisance or disturbance to neighbour’s day or night. We agree to do whatever necessary to keep our pet from making noise that would annoy others, and we will take the steps to immediately rectify complaints made by other tenants or neighbours.
• I/We understand that failure to comply with these terms shall give the owner the right to revoke permission to keep the pet and is also grounds for further action.
• A flea fumigation will be completed at the end of the tenancy and agree to a second flee egg treatment if a breakout occurs within 15 days of vacating the property.
• Baby gate or barrier to be installed at the bottom of the stairs to prevent access to the second level. Any evidence of urine found on the carpet, the carpet and underlay will require full replacement.
• Any damage caused by the dog/s will be repaired to the owners and agents’ satisfaction prior to vacating the property.
• Any damage to gardens and lawns including replacement of turf will be at the expense of the tenant and will be completed prior to vacating the property.
