Great service from a dedicated RE agent

Suzi & her company have been instrumental in the successful management of & sale of a couple of my investment properties. Over the past few years, Suzi & her team have provided valuable input to enable optimal rental yields as well as sale price on the sale of the properties. Simply the best

After dealing with a few agents over the years, we struck gold. This agent is one of a kind, Suzi is kind, considerate, helpful, efficient, a real can do attitude. Highly recommend, I never give a 5 or 10 star but you never say never. She is the best.

Knowledgable, honest and experienced

We entrusted Suzi with the sale of our property knowing that she had extensive experience in the local real estate market. She brought honesty and transparency to the process. This was particularly invaluable in styling the property for sale and evaluating the market at the time of sale. Professional, Trustworthy, Reliable Agent

Suzi has been our property manager for two of our investment properties in Queensland over the past 10 years and recently the selling agent for our Bulimba property. A fantastic no nonsense Agent

Suzi was referred to me by a friend and she took over the Managing when I decided to rent my property out. I later engaged her to sell my property. The property sold just over a week. The whole time, communication was constant, and her knowledge of the market and property was impressive. I would thoroughly recommend her to rent/sell/buy a property anytime. She is down to earth and just a lovely person. It was a pleasure working with her.

Suzie has excellent market knowledge. She knows how to prepare a property to sell quickly and at a good price. She demonstrates good communication skills with prospective buyers and possesses great negotiation skills finalising the sales contract. She is a true, trustworthy professional.
